RMC Integration (RMC) employs an especially talented group of student software developers and computer system experts. Our team combines decades of experience in software and hardware development and on-going support with young creative talent to offer a quality product with costs comparable to offshore development.

Our management team:

Ronald V Rieger - President
Ron has over 35 years of high technology management experience, having been involved in multiple, successful new products, startups and reorganizations. He has designed and/or been responsible for the development of dozens of end-user and system-level hardware/software products, strategic and tactical business planning, data analytics, disparate systems integration, and product/system evaluations for technology companies, banks, hospitals, airlines, universities, and cities. Ron has patents pending for some of his product designs and algorithms. Ron completed his PhD work in Operations Research at UCLA School of Engineering and an MA in applied math at UCLA.

Greg Hayward - Marketing
Greg has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, plus over 17 years business management experience. Greg also is considered an expert at online marketing and search engine optimization. His multi-faceted experience plus recognition as a community leader provides the perfect balance needed to provide excellent business development, marketing opportunities and plans, and sales plan implementation. Greg has a BS in Financial Management from CSU Chico.

Jill Rieger - Operations
Jill brings extensive management, operations, and administrative expertise to our team. Her prior experience includes divisional vice president in retail, company owner in manufacturing, project manager in technology, and financial services contractor. The diversification of experience along with her attention to detail provides the skills required to effectively oversee production and meet the requirements of customers. Jill holds a BA in Business from the University of Utah.

Robert Harper - Engineering
Bob has over 35 years of experience in the field of Electronics, with particular strengths in the areas of circuit, logic, and systems design; design reviews and analysis; and requirements definition. Previously holding the position of Chief Scientist with TRW, Bob is considered one of the top design engineers in Southern California. With more than a dozen successful new products designed and developed, plus existing patents, Bob provides the in-depth experience required for the design, development and ongoing support of our state-of-the-art hardware/software products and systems. Bob holds an MS in Engineering from UCLA, and a BSEE from Kansas State.
